What to include
Include your CartelChat username and a clear description of the issue. Screenshots may help when they do not expose another person’s private information.
Keep your account secure
Never send your password, temporary password, recovery codes, private signing keys, or unnecessary financial information. CartelChat Support will not ask for them.
Safety reports
For content or user conduct inside the app, use the in-app Report and Block controls whenever possible. These tools provide administrators with the relevant account or content reference needed for review.
Response information
Response times may vary depending on report volume, complexity, and urgency. Immediate danger should be reported to the appropriate local emergency service.
