Find the quickest way to get help with signing in, account safety, profiles, posts, messages, and the Google Play beta.Trouble signing in
Open the CartelChat sign-in page and select Forgot password. Enter the registered email address, then use the newest temporary password sent to that inbox. Never share a temporary password with another person.
Profile and account help
Open Settings to update your profile, privacy, notification, and security preferences. Public profile links use the format cartelchat.net/username.
Messages and posts
Use the conversation or post menu for available controls. If content is unsafe or violates our rules, use Report and Block so the relevant account or content reference reaches the moderation team.
Google Play beta
Visit cartelchat.net/betatest using the Google account you use with the Play Store. Follow the tester-group and Google Play instructions shown on that page.
Account deletion
You can request permanent deletion from Settings in the app. If you cannot access the app, follow the verification instructions on our public Delete Account page.
