Delete your CartelChat account

Delete your account inside the app

This is the fastest and most secure deletion method because you are already authenticated.

1. Open CartelChat and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Review the deletion information.
5. Confirm and submit your request.

If you cannot access the app

Email info@cartelchat.net from the email address associated with your CartelChat account. Use the subject “CartelChat Account Deletion Request.” Include your username and state that you want the account permanently deleted. Do not include your password. We may request additional information to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Data that will be deleted

A verified deletion request covers the CartelChat account and account-linked profile data, posts, uploaded media, and other personal content, subject to technical processing time and applicable legal requirements.

Data that may be retained

Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, dispute, or safety records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or the protection of users. Retained information is limited to the relevant purpose and retention period.
