CartelChat Terms of Use
By creating an account or using CartelChat, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Community Guidelines.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms. Do not use CartelChat if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, protect your account credentials, and promptly contact support if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Graphics Cartel a limited license to store, process, display, distribute, secure, and moderate that content only as reasonably needed to operate and protect CartelChat.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Community Guidelines. CartelChat may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests when reasonably necessary for user safety, fraud prevention, rule enforcement, or legal compliance.
Post duration and Keep Forever
Text posts are free and do not expire under the standard media-retention policy. New single-photo posts, photo-album posts, and video posts are temporary by default: their media expires 30 days after publication. Before expiry, the post owner may buy Keep Forever as a one-time, per-post purchase: 1 CC for one photo, 5 CC for one photo album, or 10 CC for one video. Each post must be purchased separately; Keep Forever is not a subscription and does not apply to other posts. It removes the routine 30-day expiry only. It does not prevent the owner from deleting the post, account deletion, moderation or legal removal, technical loss, or discontinuation of CartelChat.
Chat-media duration
Photos, videos, audio, and files in direct chats, group chats, Saved Messages, and media attached to group announcements are temporary and are automatically deleted after 30 days. Message text may remain with a media-expired notice. Saving, copying, or forwarding media does not restart the 30-day period. Chat media cannot be made permanent with CC, so download important files before they expire.
Credits and paid features
CC credits are an in-app accounting unit and are not cryptocurrency, legal tender, or redeemable cash. The price and value shown at purchase apply; one CC is not guaranteed to equal one peso. Credits may be earned, granted, purchased, or spent according to current app rules. A Keep Forever charge is separate from any price a viewer pays to unlock a paid post. Completed Keep Forever purchases are final except where a refund is required by law or platform rules.
Public search visibility
Active public profiles and non-expired public posts may be exposed to search engines through public links and sitemaps. Private, locked, paid, deleted, and expired posts are not intended for public indexing. CartelChat cannot guarantee that Google or another search engine will index or remove a URL on any particular schedule.
Community listings
Users are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, communications, fulfillment, delivery, refunds, and compliance with applicable law. CartelChat may moderate listings and disputes but is not the seller of user-listed goods.
Availability and changes
CartelChat is provided as available. Features may change, pause, or end, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Termination
We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create safety risks, commit fraud, misuse credits, or repeatedly abuse other users or app features.
